She may be having a transient ischemic attack when supply to brain is temporarily disrupted due to ? Blockage in the blood vessels supplying blood to the brain TIA can be a warning sign

get her investigation done for CT scan head , blood sugar levels, BP checked, total lipid profile done

a good reputed hospital will guide you more. heart attacks or strokes have same warnings for vessels being blocked and blocked vessels are all over the body including legs. you are aware of DVT ,deep vein thrombosis?
