Parvo virus

My puppy has parvo virus and is currently on iv fluid treatment. Since she pukes while drinking water I gave her a pinch of ORS directly. After giving it I saw online it's dangerous to give ORS directly. Will such a small amount be dangerous. Should I be worried?

If she is on iv fluids you need not provide oral rehydration. Refrain from this practice, if you notice any symptoms after ingestion of ors dry - visit the vet or consult one.

When did you give her and what will be her body weight. Without knowing all the details, it is difficult to assess the situation.
