Ive had partial numbness on my right cheek, right upper lip, and right upper gums. There is also pain on the teeth in the right upper jaw especially the incisor next to the canine. The canine had been extracted about20 years ago.The pain exacerbates with a cold drink. The affected areas feel soft and bloated even though there is no actual swelling.

Hello sir, it could be because of periapical lesion / pathology at the tip of root in the incisor region ,  an x- ray of the tooth will confirm and treatment can be done accordingly after correlating with x ray. Kindly visit the dentist asap.
