Partial Cholecystectomy

Yesterday surgery was done for acute cholesystistis, gallstones was ruptured in last month but could not get operated due to covid situation and  now it was difficult to operate Doctor said that he has done partial Cholecystectomy. Just wanted to know is it safe and Will it not create any problem in future My doctor said it is safe. Secondly, what is the chances of gall bladder cancer due to this. What's the science say? Sorry I'm getting panic due to this. Have attached MRCP report

1. Your doctor has given the most safe surgical option to avoid bile duct damage especially in acute inflammation and in difficult anatomy due to cholecystitis. 2. It is a standard established surgical option. 3. Get re assessed if any signs if indigestion recur. 4. Chances of cancer is very rare.
