Progressive dysarthria, progressive gait imbalance, marked downward& upward gaze restriction,swallow problem, choking on gulping liquid, ataxia++, loss in weight,,currently unable to stand or walk, balance loss,handwriting change unreadable, memory is good no cognitive decline

Give Gelsimium 1M once in 3days. Also consult directly. Hopeful of good recovery for him to be able to eat and prevent further deterioration. Please provide CT scan reports.
