My dad is suffering from Parkinson disease since last 8 years and it is getting deteriorated with each day. He is taking 2 pills of syndopa 110 every day, now every other day he complains of uncanny feeling, vertigo, he feels uneasy. Please suggest me what should i do to help him out with this problem. He is 78 years old now.

There are a lot of other medications in addition to Syndopa. Recently a new treatment called as deep brain stimulation has come up to help patients with Parkinson's disease who do not respond to Medicines. You should consult a Movement disorder specialist.
