I was diagnosed sle 3 years back now i am under hydroxychloroquine medication once a day suddenly i developone episode of  tingling  in my lower limb ..i continoisly go to follow up ...Do i have to be concerned???

Not to worry much, looking to your history. You may need medicines for nerve pain. And it ll resolve your problem.

SLE can cause peripheral neuropathy. If it's just mild sensory symptoms, then it may require only symptomatic management. However, if symptoms are severe or if motor weakness is present then a nerve conduction study followed by immunosuppressive medication may be needed.
