Ots okay if you feel anything is disturbing ur mental health it is a matter of concern and is not funny.so relax. Parents sometimes don't know how to help even if they wish to.try having high Fibre food and drink plenty of water.there are ways to curb this shy bowel syndrome and remember you are not the only one.
