Paraplegia spine problem

Uncle had a fall from tree with high electric shock. He was taken to manipal hospital udupi and diagnosed as T11 & T12 dislocation with transection of cod and paraplegia. He undergone for surgery as well. He dont have any sense in his leg or not able to feel the bowel and bladder. Please help me on this for further treatment.
