Paralysis attack

Sir my grandmother lakhpati devi (65 yr) has suffered paralysis attack in her leg portion today morning. We have consult a doctor nearby and some signs of little improvement is there. Kindly suggest your opinion about it as what further precautions and cure we can take so that she could recover as soon as possible.

Hello der first paralysis is due haemorrhagic or ischaemic should be ruled out Blood pressure should be monitored it  should be within the normal limit 100 to 140 sbp 60 to 90 dbp Consult neurologist for further evaluation and treatment.
