Hello doctor Iam 14 week pregnant. My gync suggested prygesic for head ache. this tablet not available in my area.medical shop person gave me paracip 650. can I take this tablet instaed of prygesic.

Yes. You can take. Pyrigesic and paracip both have same composition that is paracetamol.
