What will the effect of 30 g of paracetamol on body if it has been consumed in a day? how much is the chance of prognosis? or,how much is the chance of death in such case? N-acetylcysteine is given after 24 hours of consumption. It is a medical emergency happened in my family. plz let me know.

More tha 12gm to 15gm will be fatal....and first 24 hrs will be unsymptomatic in most of the cases...its fatal action is that it cause multi organ failure...prognosis is very bad if treatment is not taken on right time...
