She has taken 4 paracetamol tablet in one go and 2 paracetamol after 7 hours.Total she ate 6 paracetamol that is 3gm that day.She is not having much problem.She had stomach pain yesterday but today she has no problem like acidity.She got sone rashes which are almost gone.Is her liver at risk or she will be fine if she improves her diet?? Dr. Danish helped me but my qstn was not answered as i could not contact him without paying his fee..so plzz answer me whether to worry or not

Hiii There is nothing to worry about so much of dose. Maximum toxic dose of PCM is 12gms. With the dose of 3gm(2gm , followed 7hrs later by 1 gm) is not going to do any harm except for mild gastritis only after ingestion due to gastric irritation. Regarding liver damage, forget about it..nothing to worry. The above said doses (12gm)may harm liver... Stay happy, shed anxiety, stay healthy
