How frequent I Can take Paracetamol Tablet (DOLOPAR - 500MG pcm +25mg caffeine) I am prescribed 3 times a day (24 hrs) by a MBBS MD doctor. But the fever is stopped for only 4-5 hours after taking that PCM tablet. Can I take this 4 times so to avoid fever at all and completely.

Dose of paracetamol is 10-15mg/kg.. So you can take tb dolo 650mg thrice a day... If fever persists  for 4-5 days then do blood investigations for fever profile..
