How much of paracetamol dose we can give to 2months old baby girl ? How much dose (ml) for mild fever ? Baby body weight it 4.75kg (2months old) We have Galmol (paracetamol) paediatric drop at home

Greetings, No paracetamol for mild fever, if temp > 101 , then stat para. till then col sponges. Dose of Paracetamol is 15mg /kg per dose.

Calpol 100 drops 10 drops three times a day for Fever. If temp >100 .
