Paracetamol dose for 12 year son

A Doctor prescribed flexon tab (1/2 tab.) and matric 3 (1tab.) Together to my 12 year son after his nasal operation. Both tablet have total 825 mg paracetamol. Is it safe dose , 750 mg paracetamol at a time for my son ?

In my opinion the dose of paracetamol is quite high and may also lead to paracetamol poisoning . I do not know the weight of your child . The ideal dosage of paracetamol is 15mg/kg. Please calculate the dose according to weight of your son accordingly.
