I have had uterine problems in the past.I had gone through cryosurgery for cervical lesion . Had papsmear and colcoscopy 2 years back. I just had papsmear done 15 days back and the report says evidensis of koliocýtosis. Dysplasia and malignancy seen. The doctor wants D & C to be done.Do I have cancer.Should I go in for D & C. Kindly advice.

Diagnosis is not confirmed .So proceed for D&C HPE reports will tell what is your problem.Suppose if you are suffering from cancer through this can find out easily grade or stage .So treatment will be easier .

Plz see a gyneoncologist for further management. Yes you would need a d&c and cervical biopsy
