I have history of diabetes type 2, for the past 2 years. Very recently i am experiencing pain in the left hand and palpitations after lunch and dinner. I am scared. Is my body giving me signs for a heart attack? please help me.

At 29 it is less likely to have heart attack Though proper history is required to guide you further
