Papillary urothelial carcinoma low grade

My father was diagnosed with two cyst in  bladder as he was having bleeding while urinating. He had TURBT last week. (He had same problem last year and had TURBT at that time also.) In biopsy report it says papillary urothelial carcinoma low grade attaching same. Do we need to go for chemotherapy or just medication through bladder. Please suggest.

Non muscle invasive low grade papillary urothelial carcinoma need regular follow up with cystoscopy and urine cytology. No need of chemotherapy .

It is a low grade bladder tumor in which there is no role of any additional treatment. But it requires surveillance in form of regular cystsocopy Get USG KUB and Urine cytology for 3 consecutive days and review Next cystsocopy after 3 months
