Hello doctor .. From last two month I was experiencing little vagin spotting between periods doctor recommended to do do biopsy and Pap test . My biopsy test came normal. Last year I had done Pap test ,test was negative   + no hpv changes detected. This year also I repeated my Pap test : The test says negative for intraepithelial lesion or malligancy . But report also says mild inflammation with mucus strands for this point I am concern,can this  inflammation hide cell ?is mild inflammation is the reason for getting negative result i.e normal?
