This smear in not suggestive of any pathology other than inflammation. Which could be because of some local infection and may require a course of antibiotic . Since ASCUS is not persistent and not having HPV no further investigation is needed now . I would recommend you to continue screening every year for 3 more years then 2 yearly till you are 30 years. Before 30 years it will be beneficial to combine with HPV testing only if smear are abnormal . After 30 years of 3 consecutive samples are negative then you can do screening every 5 years combined with HPV testing .
