History of lscs. 2.5 yrs back.post op developed a sinus track rgt side anteror abdmnal wal.att was given.Now again ultrasound shows intralobular subcutaneous edema n I'll defined area of focal fat necrosismore on left iliac fossa Is this cancer cellulitos or tb.is my treatment possible whch specialist should I consult is this an autoimmune disorder
