Hi September 3rd I did endoscopy the report was showing pangastritis and h pylori negative.sir qithout h pylori how pangastritis will come dostor?and doctor prescribed Cephixime and biflak hp probiotic.and now how I should know whether my pangastritis is reduced or not?

Pangastritis is endoscopic finding. What symptoms are u experiecing is more important than pangastritis. It can occur without H pylori also.
