Pancytopenia is a finding most probably after some serious illness like leukemia,malignant tumors,bone marrow tumors etc.
Get yourself thoroughly checked, that is CBC,pect scan, bone marrow biopsy etc Share reports to me directly through Practo chat. Once diagnosis is clear, would be able to help in a better way.
