Father was admitted with pain upper abdomen for about three weeks before admission that was associated with abdominal distension.he was managed in another hospital for acute pancreatitis.no high fever, jaundice, altered sensorium,breathlesness .

Information is unclear for previous admission need to see CT scan if done. Pls get serum lipase this time
