Is Panadol safe during pregnancy!!??? My outer left knee is terribly paining .I am 15 weeks 4 days . Pls help .

Yess its absolutely safe.There's no clear evidence to show that it has any harmful effects on an unborn baby. But as with any medicine taken during pregnancy, use paracetamol at the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time. Thank You.
