I am aged 37 male. I am diabetic and now had checked my HBA1C is 6.3 and lng is 134. I am facing a typical problem my heart rate is suddenly going up and I feel palpitations and suddenly feel shortness of breath. I consulted doctor and he asked me to stop usage of Sugar tablets. My blood pressure is 140/90. If I am at rest i don't feel palpitations but if I get up and walk suddenly i feel them. Also i am having nerveous weakness at my legs and hands. I always feel that my heart is this situation
