After gall bladder operation after 4 days when I sleep in my left I feel ear above scalp palpitations and neck pain since then both the two problems r not resolving I had done Cervical Spine xray and cervical spine ct also but even also I have neck pain and ear behind and above ear palpitations it comes after 5,6 days and continue upto 7 8 hours I had done brain ct in 2023 August which is completely normal that time and this symptoms start from operation pl help
