From some time im Palpabling something in that region like two tubes similar in the photo. Is it possible that to feel them. Or is it something else?

Usually u can feel tube like structures in the region where the scrotum is attached to the groin and not above that...Sometimes u can feel the adductor muscles attachment as tubes like feeling...only if the exact picture of the area where u have tat swelling is shared i can tell u whether its normal or not...

May b a inguinal lymph node. Common if u hav small infection in leg(lot of other reasons r der). But can’t tell without examining Need to examine. General physical examination needed
