I am suffering from Palmer wards since 6 years Too much palmer wards I request you to solve my problem I have minimum 30 wards

I believe you are referring to palmar warts. Without examination of the skin condition and knowing the extent of involvement.. along with more information on ongoing medication or previous history of skin illness it is not possible to comment on the treatment that would suit you best.
