Pains while chewing

It hurts badly when i chew. An upper filling was done so as to provide some space for the wrongly placed teeth. However, when i try to grind my food, it hurts me badly.

You need specific treatment. Form your history i think you need a root canal treatment. Take zerodol-p for pain relief. Consult with a dentist.
