I suppose you mean the eyelid. Pimple as you say, and painless, if it has been for weeks to months, then it could be a chalazion and would be better dealt with by an ophthalmologist. If what your talking is something yellowish flat skin elevation on the skin between the eye and the nose it could be xanthelasma palpebrarum in which case you need to see a dermatologist. As you wrote eye "lap" i couldn't understand properly what you were trying to say.
