I have a painless lump in my underarm. I could feel it from atleast 1 year. It is normally painless. Although touching it invokes a minor pain like effect. What it can be? Whom to see?

Hi It  is  small  abscess due to infection of root  of hair. If  it is  painful  need  to  take  antibiotics. Check  blood  sugar  level.
