Painless Bumps on Penis

2 weeks ago I started to see bumps form on my penis. They arent itchy and dont hurt unless i attempt to squeeze them. Was advice to try after shave oil on it thinking maybe they are just razor bumps from the shaving or ingrown hairs but it didnt help. I havent had sex in three months but i do know sometimes symtoms show later on. I need to know what this is and id i should be worried
