hello there. firstly, are you hypertensive? if you are, then you may need to take it seriously considering your age. it could also be acidity issue, or some colic along with unrelated pain in the left hand. but I would suggest you don't take any chances and get it checked out by a physician and even get a ECG done to be on a safer side. regards
