Painful Urination, Blood in urine

Had blood in Urine on Saturday(10-March) frequent urination, with burning sensation & pain.. Took Urispas and Citralka.. slowly pain subsided.. Gave urine sample for CUE & C/S (11-March.) CUE shows no pus cells .. But shows rbc- 4-5.. Culture report is yet to come.. still on Urispas and citralka..still there is slight pain.. please advise..

Looks like UTI kindly belt start tab loxof 500mg obc a day Wait for culture report Revert with reports and discuss further plan
