Painful sex
Hi doc ,
I have been married for 4 years but every time I have sex it's very painful and causes a lot of discomfort. My vagina becomes very tight and stiff as soon my husband starts penetration.Please guide

The problem you are suffering from is known as Vaginismus.
Vaginismus is a condition which can be caused by physical stressors, emotional stressors, or both. It can become anticipatory, so that it happens because the person expects it to happen.
You can use Vaseline jelly or coconut oil for lubricant.

Stop fear
Use LOX 2% gel. Apply 15 minutes before sex inside and outside with your finger or his finger .
