Painful Scalp pimples

Bump like painful pimples on scalp on back side of my head...can't even burst them...yellow and red in colour...hurt alot if touched or pressed, or even if any pressure exerted while moving the neck up n down. 4_5 days old problem...doesn't feel any relief...no medication till date...plz suggest cure.
