Is there any way to completely cure piles without surgery? The pain is becoming unbearable day by day. Took homeopathy medicine from the past 8-9 years but now it's no longer responding. Although recently after taking homeopathy medicine the haemorrhoid size is reduced but extremely painful even when passing normal soft stools.

Piles can be cured without surgery. However, some cases need surgery. There are also minimally invasive options like banding, sclerotherapy and laser surgery. If you have pain, it could be severe/thrombosis piles. In such cases it is better to meet a general surgeon/proctologist right away. You need fast relief as well as a long-lasting solution.

Apply Proctosedyl ointment locally, 3-4 times a day. Meet a general surgeon/proctologist as soon as possible.
