I am having a sharp pain towards the end of peeing. I don't get pain when I start urinating or in the middle but at the end of it I get a sharp pain or burning kind of sensation. I am sexually active as well. From last few days, if I don't drink enough water like 3-5 little of water & then I get terrible burning sensation at my clitoris hen if I drink 2-3 litre water with in an hour, it doesn't relive. If I pee after 4-5 hours especially in the morning, the smell of pee is like a rotten cheese
