Hi Sir or Madam Greetings for the day From 25 days I have been suffering from lump formations near Anus, initially it was one, soon after 4 has been formed. By the advice of  doctors in UK (As I am in UK from 1st Feb 21) started using Anusol cream and paracetamol tablets twice a day,followed dettol water sitz bath in warm water, followed food diet which included fibre, liquid foods,  vegetables and reduced spicy food, chicken, fish, all meats, 2 lumps size decreased but still more are there. But it's very painful, and not able to go for motion, no blood is coming but have horrible pain and not able to sit, walk, etc. Kindly suggest me on this. Thanks in advance. Gowtham Chevuru
