I have a concern that my ejaculation is getting painful. If i masturbate i... feel pain when i'm ejaculating. And something tells me that i see less semen volume, and the pain is usually between anus and scrotum. I have being diagnosed with enlarged prostate, and i took medicine for my urinary problem..... alfoo , merabegron and few antibiotics. Is this some problem, this usually occurs if ejaculate more than once in a day. Please suggest if this requires attention.
