Consultant your operating doctor, it may be a normal thing after c section. But in some case there is a fair chance of developing incisional hernia at site. Do you have any swelling at site ? If no nothing to worry. At any time if swelling appears which increases on coughing or straining please do consult to your surgeon.

Ya it seems to be normal . The pain is least associated with the H/O of C section (Site of Incision). Get a consultation for further evaluation.
