From last few days I'm having itching in my penis, it also pains while urination, tip of penis is also little swollen and has a white discharge I had unprotected sexual encounter with unknown person on 12th and 03rd Nov. Other than that I'm sexually inactive. Please let me know if this can be a sign of STD, I'm really scared because of these symptoms.
