Pain while urination and tip swollen

I'm feeling itching in my penis from last 2-3 days. Also I've mild pain while urination. Today i noticed the tip is little swollen and it had little white discharge coming out. What does these symptoms mean? Can it be a serious issue and what treatment should i take? I'll be traveling for next 15 days starting tomorrow hence can't see a doctor right now. Please suggest.

You may have developed balanitis or phimosis. Consult a dermatologist or a sexologist

it may b simple infection or may b STI ( if any sex exposure) need few investgation about know cause of infection, tretment is accordingaly CAUSATIVE agent
