1st thing 1st, get yr urine examination done. if no pus cells n no red cell in microscopy examination of urine then no antibiotics required. just make sure that u do have phimosis.

This is a case of stone in urinary bladder most likely. So, check for ultrasonography of KUB and review with report here. If this is left untreated or undiagnosed,than stone inside bladder may get bigger which may induce urinary tract infection associated with incomplete retention of urine.
