Pain while urinating

Hi, from yesterday i am having severe pain at the urine exit point of my penis. it started while urinating. but now i can feel pain at anytime. sometimes the pain point gets shifted to the bottom of scrotum joint near rectum. The opening of penis has become slightly reddish. I had my marriage one month ago. please suggest.
