Pain while uncovering the head of penis

Hi, I am 32 years old. The problem started a month ago when I was washing my penis uncovering the foreskin. Its a mild and pinching pain when the foreskin is pulled down from the penis head even during the intercourse. There is no pain at all until the foreskin is pulled down. Kindly look into my problem and suggest the curve explaining the reason.
