Dear Friend, From what  I understant, you have pain and discomfort after intercourse. First, try to use lubrication or ensure that your partner is ready for the act, ony when your parterners parts are well lubricated, start the act. Other reason for you having this problem is some infection. Sometimes it is not possbile to point out whether it is the male or female who is having infection, so both need treatment. I suggest for you, please get a urine and semen culture and senstitivity test done at a reputed lab. For your wife get a urine culture and sensitivity and a vaginal swab for bacterial and fungal culture to be done. Once the reports are ready please see a doctor with the reports.
