Pain when passing urine

Pain when passing urine in my uretha and urine also coming very very less thin I have done operation two times same issue repeated again,last time doctor told (stricture)very thin at some point fat has formed removed,any permant resolution.

You are suffering from urethral stricture. Recurrence is very common if you underwent endoscopic surgery ( optical internal urethrotomy) for that. Most successful result are achieved with urethroplasty. Consult an urologist .
